After 20 years of fighting the storage system 2 or 3 times a year I dreamed up a "What the Heck" as my wife calls it Kayak lift on Super Strut using a cub cart rail basket that captures the front of a kayak add in a remote winch and walooa. This works great. This morning in about 20 minutes I just took 5 kayaks out of my attic by myself with no drops or pulled muscles. Sure I could store them outside but the sun will ruin them in short order. So I store them in the attic. First part of this video is me mulling over what I really wanted to make.
