Katy Perry Gives the Unicorn Frappuccino a taste test PLUS you can’t miss this Starbucks Barista who’s meltdown has gone viral!
The Starbucks Frap is all the rage and even celebs are jumping on board.
On Thursday, Katy took to Instagram to share her experience, taste testing the Unicorn inspired Drink and it’s safe to say she’s not a fan.
Katy is seen spitting it out, which is never a good sing and captioned the video saying she couldn’t handle drinking her own blood. Because obviously she’s a unicorn, duh.
The drink has been getting mixed reviews as I’m not sure anyone actually enjoyed it due to it’s partially sour mango flavor, but it has gotten the company A LOT of buzz which I’m sure was the sole purpose of launching the beverage. I will say the company is staying up with TRENDS and I can’t hate them for that.
When I went to get one, they were already ‘sold out’ so I’m bitter but recovering nicely.
I guess the drink isn’t very easy to make as on barista took to twitter begging people to stop ordering the drink saying it "tastes like a Sweet Tart, and is QUOTE: “ruining the lives of Starbucks baristas everywhere.” he said "Because it's been so popular online everyone is like 'oh my gosh I need to try it when it comes out,' which has become his ‘nightmare’
The tweet has since been deleted, probably in hopes of keeping his job, but the damage has already been done.
The drink is available until April 23, and I’m starting to think my barista just told me it was ‘sold out’ because he didn’t want to take the time to make it.
