Granite Telecommunications and The Hale Family hosted their 11th annual "Saving by Shaving" event yesterday, raising a total of over $3.5 Million for Boston Children's Hospital. In attendance were Jrue Holiday and Joe Mazzulla who raised $5,000 with the shaving of Mazzulla’s head.

A coalition of more than 700 Granite team members, Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey, personalities from the Boston Celtics, including coach Joe Mazzulla, guard Jrue Holiday, and front office leaders Brad Stevens and Allison Feaster, joined forces for this year’s momentous effort.The event featured its signature headshaving and hair donation challenge, with Granite donating $2,500 for each participant, a sum matched by the Hale family, culminating in a $5,000 donation to The Every Child Fund at Boston Children’s Hospital for each participant. The funds raised will continue Granite’s legacy of supporting Boston Children’s Hospital, contributing to essential pediatric research and treatments for future generations of children.
