Today is a different day! Something we don’t normally do! Reviewing a chain restaurant! Johnny Carinos Italian in Pigeon Forge is a franchise but this location is the only one in all of Tennessee! It doesn’t hurt that they have some really fresh Italian food and Christy loves the Italian Nachos!
