My little brother Johann, who is visually challenged, has greatly enhanced talents like perfect pitch. It is also known as absolute pitch defined as the rare ability to identify or recreate a given musical note without the benefit of a reference tone.
In this video Johann demonstrates perfect pitch by singing notes, measured by my tuner app (meant to tune instruments but which also identifies all audible frequencies),
he identifies chords played on my guitar, he recalls the starting chord of mentioned songs without listening to them, sings the them on the correct scale, and corrects me as I try!
The only training he has had is me showing him the names of notes on the keyboard or guitar just once, when he was very little (like 4). I have not seen him practice these things since.

About Johann's health he was born visually challenged, great otherwise. But 2 years ago he developed seizures. Meds stopped this 1 year ago, but produced crazy side effects extreme hyper activity, amongst other behavioral side effects like severe anxiety, aggression, and depression. You can see how hyper he is although he has taken calming meds. This was recorded two weeks ago. Currently he is more calm, and gradually getting better and better.
