After battling the wind for a couple hours on the other side of the lake we decided to look for calmer waters. I never like to leave fish to find fish, but the wind was cold and made jigging and trolling difficult.
After some recon, we finally found a spot that was calm, which was much warmer and made boat control much easier.
It didn't take long to catch our first fish, then a second, third, etc.
In less than an hour we caught at least 20 kokanee to fill our combined limit of 30.
