These are precisely formed to match your JL's body from 3/16" thick aluminum plate or 3/16" steel plate (if optioned) for the thickest, most robust corner armor you can buy for your Jeep! If you're going to count on your armor on the trail, you'll want to avoid plastic and thinner gauge metal guards. These are fully compatible with aftermarket or factory rear tail lamps which means these are compatible with your blind spot detectors if you wish to keep all of your safety features!

As anyone who has repaired trail damage and replaced sheet metal on a Jeep will tell you, it's not a big deal to replace a fender, the hood, or a door since they were meant to unbolt anyways. The body tub technically can be unbolted from everything and replaced; however, it is bolted to everything from the frame, to your steering, brakes, and electrical harnesses! You can now protect and strengthen the largest and most integral piece of sheet metal on your JLU with our Rear Corner Armor!
