Jayco Jay Flight 26BH QUALITY WARNING! Watch Before Buying!

Thinking about buying a Jayco Jay Flight trailer? Watch this video as we're having some serious buildquality issues with my 2month old trailer and it's been very difficult to get it addressed.

My two month old Jayco Jay Flight trailer has significant "fit and finish" quality issues. No, I'm not saying that I think this trailer is unsafe, it's just annoying that after paying $16k+ for a product that I come to find out just how poorly it was put together.

Jayco promotes it "2 year warranty" as a major point in their presales marketing pitch on just how good the quality is. Perhaps they're offering the 2 year warranty because they know in advance just how difficult it is to get service and warranty work done, so why not add on another year warranty? Just a thought.

Not only that, but I bought this unit from a dealer about 3 hours away from me as the closest dealer didn't have any of this model and the no one else had the options I was looking for (and I'm not naming names). So far, NONE of the local Jayco dealers will book an appointment with me for warranty work. They're really nice about it, they say it's just the nature of the industry and there isn't much they can do to get this WARRANTY work completed!

Seriously? So if I were to move out of state, the 2 year warranty is completely worthless then? Jayco, you've got to address your dealer agreements!

So, if you're thinking about buying a Jayco, you really should watch this video before making a decision and then do an exhaustive walkthrough of your trailer.
