Tenjin, Fukuoka "Yatai Chusuke" has been in business for 60 years, inherited from his father.

This traditional, classic style yatai offers handwrapped gyoza, Hakata ramen, oden, yakitori, stirfried dishes, and more, all prepared to order. This popular yatai is recommended for those visiting Fukuoka for the first time.

We followed the longrunning yatai, which has many regulars every day, as well as many customers from overseas, on a day in the life of this muchtalkedabout yatai.
