Here you can see me working with Izzy who is almost 6 months old. We have been working on the steadiness, recall, heel work, basic cues and foundations, but now the hold cue. I like to work the retrieve and delivery as two separate exercises then pair the two together. We are sitting down, very relaxed, some treats, a puppy dummy and she is on a lead so that I can keep her engaged. Remember this is only stage one and we only work for 5 minutes or so.
