Marco Pierre White made a vegetable Lasagna, he made a PERFECT soffritto, I loved it... but then he ruined everything!
What he made is completely wrong and can't be called Lasagna AT ALL! Where are the pasta sheets? The construction also was wrong!
Please Marco, try again and make the REAL Lasagna Bolognese!
