Italian Calzone

Ingredients:
Pizza/Calzone Dough Our Homemade Pizza/Calzone Dough    • Easy Homemade Pizza/Calzone Dough  
Genoa Salami
Pepperoni
Sliced Cheese Of Your Choice, We Use Colby Jack
Banana Peppers
1 Egg for Egg Wash

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees.
2. Cut your dough into 4 even portions.
3. Starting with one portion, roll the dough until about ¼ inch thick.
4. Layer with the salami, pepperoni, banana peppers and sliced cheese.
5. Starting from the bottom, trim the excess dough and fold over. Continue with the remaining sides. Make sure to save the leftover scraps of dough. It will be able to make one more calzone.
6. Lightly slice vents into the calzone, making sure not to cut too deep.
7. Egg wash your calzones and bake for 30 minutes.
8. ENJOY!
