Prosecutor Daniel Goldberg said the killing of Samantha Josephson was "cold, it was malicious, and it was intentional.”
Goldberg gave the state's closing argument in the trial of Nathaniel Rowland. Rowland is accused of the 2019 murder of Josephson, who mistakenly got into his car thinking it was her Uber ride.
