Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences
Divide the broccoli into inflorescences
Salt
Boil for 4 minutes
4 eggs
5 fl oz or 140 ml of cream
Salt and pepper
Smoked paprika
Coriander and oregano
Chop the cherry tomatoes
Chop 1 bell pepper
Frying oil
Put all the vegetables in a baking tray
Add the eggs
Grate gouda cheese
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes (390 F or 200 C)
