I'd like to bring you happy, positive news, but unfortunately, that's not what I see on the horizon.

Inflation will continue to rise for years to come.

Interest rates will most likely rise to combat inflation (hint; it won't work).

Affordability will get worse for homeowners and homebuyers in Canada.

This is a time to be aware, be prepared, and be ready to pivot. Make sure you know your numbers as we head into even more volatile times.
