Istanbul Airport features shops of some of the world’s most famous luxury brands: Cartier, Bulgari, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, Fendi, Prada, Yves Saint Laurent, Hermès, to name just a few.

Istanbul Airport carries the official IATA airport code IST since all scheduled commercial passenger flights were transferred from Atatürk Airport 6 April 2019, following the closure of Atatürk Airport for scheduled passenger flights.

Today, Istanbul Airport is the busiest airport in Europe and 7thbusiest airport in the world in terms of total passenger traffic, serving more than 64 million passengers in 2022, including more than 48 million international passengers.

The international transit area shot in this walkthrough video has therefore been visited literally by tens of millions of people.

Istanbul Airport is also the main hub of Turkish Airlines, the flag carrier of Turkey, that operates a large lounge for Turkish Airlines frequent flyers.
