Island Pontoon Tent Camping, Diving Fearless Rock Underwater Memorial: Lake Ouachita Ouachita National Forest I wanted to dive the Fearless Rock Underwater Memorial for a while now and decided to load my pontoon boat up with my camping gear and supplies and headed out to Lake Ouachita near Hot Springs Arkansas for some Island Pontoon Tent Camping. The Fearless Rock Underwater Memorial sits in approximately 24 feet of water next to Blakely Mountain Dam in memory of Navy Seal Chief Petty Officer Adam Lee Brown who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country. On the rocky dam wall is one medium sized rock that has been painted red with a golden number 24 painted on it. The red rock marks the spot to dive down to find the underwater memorial.
