Seeing is believing at long last we finally get to visit this most legendary Jordan street food stall, where the "Falafel Wrap Master" has honed and perfected his wrapping technique over the years to such an extent that from the moment he takes the flatbread bread in his hand to the moment that he hands it over to the customer; takes on average an incredible 20 seconds......that's right 20 seconds!!! (Note, the whole of this this video is in real time; nothing has been speeded up, even though at times it may appear so).

Mohammed is probably the world's fastest falafel wrap maker, he shows off his skills to an impressed and hungry public at London's Petticoat Lane Market.

This is what fast food really should mean..........here it should be called "200 miles an hour fast food".

The wrap is given a generous spread of Humous/Hummus & then filled with the following: Chilli Sauce (optional), Pickled Gherkin, Pickled Turnip (coloured pink with Beetroot), Tomatoes, Cucumber, Iceberg Lettuce & a squirt of Tahini (sesame seed sauce) Falafel what makes the wrap such a treat is that it's wrapped in a Jordanian flat bread or Saj bread (almost like an Indian style naan bread)........warning these wraps are absolutely delicious !!!

There is no secret to the recipe & preparation because everything is prepared & made in full view of you.

There are 2 sizes: medium size wrap for £3.00 or a large wrap for £4.00 (if you decide to get the large size, be sure to get it on an empty stomach or take a friend because the large size really is big enough for two people).

When was the last time you ordered something from a fast food take away (or restaurant) & spent ages waiting for it???
