It’s time for steaks, again! Steaks are delicious, I love them! And because you are reading this text I believe you are in the same boat with me on this matter.

Well, today we are making beef sirloin steak. I was trying to find some new sirloin steak recipe ideas but couldn’t find any new interesting sirloin steak recipes. Or any other new steak recipes. Of course there probably are different versions but maybe my problem was that I actually love so much this butter thyme steak version that I couldn’t get away of that idea. And it’s perfectly fine because I’ve learned how to cook steak in frying pan at home and it doesn’t need any fancy things. I’ve also been learning how to cook medium steak and how to cook medium rare steak and this simple way of how to make perfect steak is just good enough.

So in this video I give you one way how to make beef sirloin steak at home, and this really is some home made footage of an amateur homechef of beef steak home recipes. And I’m no michelin star chef, just an ordinary guy who loves cooking and learning new stuff about making food on the way. I also recently practiced how to cook steak in steel pan and you see that also in this video. I make delicious butter, garlic, thyme beef sirloin steak. It’s my perfect steak.

And if you end up cooking this yourself, try also that thyme hack that I show at the end of video. It’s just a simple thyme knot around itself to keep it together while buttering the beef. This is by far my best sirloin steak recipe and I will continue doing these homemade beef steaks in the future as well.

Canola Oil
