This year hasn't been a good one for EV startup Fisker, with more and more bad news hitting the company. It started with poor financials, then widening concerns over liquidity. This week, a rumored deal appears to have fallen through with a major automaker and Fisker has found itself delisted from the NYSE.

Then, yesterday, Fisker announced massive price cuts for its Fisker Ocean EV, price cuts that put its entrylevel model below $25,000.

But should you buy one? And what risks lie ahead?
