Let’s go in a Road Trip!

Gone are the days when the thought of going to St Thomas was met with hesitation due to the road conditions. While you will still see work being done, it’s mainly on the sides of the road. The memory of the horrible dust and pot holes are almost out of our minds.

Now we see modern luxury apartment and duplexes being built. While they always had a few low key hotels with beach access/views, they have never really had houses that’s boast, modern amenities, glass windows, washer, dryer, and high end finishing. The decor is straight out of a magazine. Is this the new look for St. Thomas?

I can bet if that’s the case, the prices of existing houses will start to move up in value. Land prices will see an upward spiral. My friend predicted this would happen once the parish had good road and we are starting to se this words come to pass.

Anyone with property in St. Thomas hold onto it.
