Finances are always a part of the conversation when it comes to taking the leap to living alone, especially in New York City. Unfortunately, it's not something that is possible for everyone, but if it's something that you really want, hopefully this guide can help give you an idea on how you can make it happen. Subletting is also an option for living alone in NYC, but I take you down the traditional leased route in this video.
