Motorized scooters are a fun and popular way for tourists to get around while on vacation, but they can also present a serious danger. Many of the tourists appear to have no idea how to operate the vehicles, as shown in numerous videos posted online. In one video, a couple appeared to be enjoying their ride in the Dominican Republic when they suddenly collide with another driver.
