Easy and delicious Irish Potato Candy! And NO there is no potatoes in them, they are just called this because they kinda LOOK like little potatoes!

Irish Potato Candy recipe
Ingredients
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼ cup butter, softened
4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ½ cups coconut ( I used shredded unsweetened)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Directions
1) Beat cream cheese and butter together in a large bowl until smooth.
2) Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth.
3) Mix in coconut.
4) Roll mixture into balls or potato shapes; roll balls in cinnamon.
5) Place onto a cookie sheet and chill to set, at least 10 minutes
