In case if you are trying to update your iPhone but what message you get is the iPhone says that there is no internet even though you can see WiFi connection symbol in your iPhone. Now the first thing here is to understand even if you see this WiFi connected signal here it does not guarantee that there is internet in your iPhone especially if you have used routers in a house in order to increase the range of your WiFi. Then many times what happens is you can see WiFi connected here but actually there won't be any internet. So try to open any YouTube video or try to open any website in order to check if really there is internet Connection in your device or not. Now suppose if there is no internet connection in your device then what you can do is the first thing is you have to restart the router. Sometimes restarting the router fixes the problem of the internet. The second thing is you have to check if the date and time is correct in your iPhone or not. If not what you need to do is you need to go to "settings". You need to go to "General". Go to "Date and Time". Make sure that this set automatically is enabled so that the date and time in your iPhone will be set automatically according to the cellular signal that you are using. Now the other thing is if you have still problem with Internet connection go to settings go to "General". Go to this option "Transfer or Reset iPhone". Go to "Reset". Select this option "Reset Network Settings" and once you enter the passcode the network settings in your iPhone will be reset and then you have to enter the password of your WiFi again and check if this fixes the problem of the WiFi and if the WiFi problem is fixed then your phone should update. The next thing is if you are using VPN application in your iPhone and if your VPN application is on, try to disable the VPN application and check if you can update your iPhone. Now the last thing is go to "settings". Go to this option "General". Go to "iPhone storage" and just wait for few seconds in order to see all the items inside here. Scroll down and here you will see the list. You can see photos, Google Maps, on my iPhone, Facebook etc and in this list if you see previously downloaded iOS version software here then you have to delete the previous iOS version from this list. For example if suppose this is the previous iOS 14 or 15 version here, I will open and then I will delete the previous version of iOS software. Now the last thing that you have to check is you also have to make sure that if there is a problem from the Apple's server side. For that one go to Chrome. Go to this and type here Apple

server status. So type this query. Go to "system status" and make sure that you see this option All services are operating normally. Everything like Apple Store, apple contact, Account card, Apple arcade everything is running normally. If you see any problem here then that might be the reason that your iPhone is not updating. So do all of these things and hopefully it should fix the issue.
