In this Webinar, Kallie Bodenstein runs a demonstration on how easy it is to program a plant. We start by creating a new project, Configuring the I/O cards, creating the tags that will be used and also the configuration of the FCS and HIS will be demonstrated.

The demo uses a Plant in a box simulator that is connected to a Live FCS.
Programming is demonstrated using 2 PID loops to control the Level of a Tank, controlling the inflow into the tank. We will also demonstrate how to program Pumps and solenoid valves using Yokogawa’s SIO blocks.

After the programs are completed, we download to the FCS and HIS and test the operation of the Plant using the connected Plant in a Box.
