Introducing the new Rogue Indy TBar Row. Occupying roughly half the footprint of a dedicated TBar Row machine, this setup features an elevated and inclined steel platform that can be used in combination with any standard barbell and a rackmounted Rogue Landmine attachment. The result is a fully functional TBar Row station that’s not only as stable as most standalone units, but also optimized for performing rows at a deficit, increasing the range of motion of the movement.

Each of these 83LB platforms is manufactured in the USA from 3x3” 11gauge steel with formed and welded gussets and 7gauge diamondtread footplates. Plastic notches help protect the barbell and keep the plates elevated for easy loading/unloading, and optional bolton wheels are available for convenient portability.

Please Note: The Rogue Landmine is sold separately. In order to use it safely with the Indy TBar Row, the Landmine should be attached to a rack that is also bolted to the floor or wall.
