However, according to the adjuster, they're not allowed to document a reasonable attempt to repair in the field. Even though it's their responsibility to document ALL relevant facts related to the claim...


We had to use customer's phone to record as our battery life gave out.

Funny thing is.... insurance company adjuster (top 3 insurance companies) submitted the photos and insurance company insisted the roof is repairable
