Our awning arrived and we couldn’t wait for spring to get it installed. So on the first “nice” weekend afternoon we headed out to set it up. Due to backorders we couldn’t get an awning initially with our purchase. This ended up working out great for us. The Rhino rack sunseeker 2.5m awning is larger than what we had initially decided to go with. Before shooting we did take a hacksaw to the bottom mounting pieces in order to fit closer to our Thule roof rack due the the angle of the bars. The rest of the installation went very well.
