This episode I installed an 18,000 BTU 20 see garage split mini unit from Pioneer. The unit is a little different from most seen where they are wallmounted. This one is a ceiling cassette which is significantly more discreet than the wall units. Because split mini units are reversible heat pumps, they are capable of heating and cooling the room even well below 0 degrees F.

The installation of the split mini also primes me for installing the "epoxy" flooring the following weekend so we can raise the temperature for a proper cure.
