The next major project on our 1929 Roadster Pickup is installing a steering box, but we need a dash to support and hold the column. With the build slowly getting out of control, we decided to install a 1932 Auburn dash we recently picked up. Before we can even start fitting the dash Matt needs to cut out the stock gas tank, which was packed with sand. Once Matt has that mess cleaned up he can start trimming the Auburn dash to slip into the cowl of the model a. Once the dash is fitting nicely Matt has to make mounts for the side and welds in new pieces for the dash rail. The Auburn dash fits the look of the Roadster Pick perfectly!
