In our ongoing roof inspection series I decided to add another Newmar roof. Though this is a luxury diesel pusher, Newmar put TPO membrane as the roof material on their diesel pushers for years. I think of them as a hybrid roofing system as the radius corners are metal. At any rate here is what to look for.
For the Dicor haters, this is the 16 year old original sealant on this roof so it does last a long time if maintained.
