Marina One Residences is an iconic development in its own right, and for good reason. It was developed by M+S Pte Ltd (A company owned by Khazanah and Temasek) a combination of Singapore and Malaysia, if you will and designed by Ingenhoven Architects. At the peak of its popularity, many people were visiting the grounds for Instagrammable shots, as the undulating architectural structures (very much resembling rice terraces) offer shelter to this mythical yet futuristic ‘Green Heart’ – an initiative that has helped the condo bag both the prestigious Green Mark Platinum as well as the unfathomable ‘Best Innovative Green Building’ at the international 2018 MIPIM ceremony in Cannes.

In fact, it's futuristic look has also bagged it an appearance in HBO's hit, Westworld so if you are looking for something different in Singapore, this is definitely one of the most unique.

Other than the development, we tour the stunning 7,244 square feet duplex penthouse. It was designed by Edmund Ng Architects, and was inspired by luxury hotel interiors. It has an expansive living and dining area, with views of the sea, while the bedrooms are located on the other "wing" of the house thereby affording you with great privacy. On the second level, you'll find a jacuzzi and open deck on one side (facing the heart of Marina One Residences), and on the other, a dining deck plus private pool that overlooks the sea.
