Let’s explore megalithic Tarxien temples in Malta. This neolithic site consists of four interconnected ancient temples, which are more than five thousand years old. The oldest dates back to around 3600 BC, so it’s almost a thousand years older than the most famous ancient structure the Pyramid of Khufu. Massive stone blocks, spiral carvings, animal reliefs, and the “Fat Lady statue” were made by the people who used only stone tools!

After exploring this spectacular complex we will travel through the picturesque island of Malta to see the Xemxija rockcut tombs. Those truly ancient burial structures date back to 3800 BC! Isn’t it amazing? Are you ready to go inside with me?
