Insane winchout at electric power plant. What a mess! We do these style lifts and winch jobs all the time, but this one was STUCK in all caps. This was around the time it was raining in SoCal, and as usual, everything goes chaotic when we get rain. Alex couldn't even get close to the unit without himself getting stuck in Big Flipper, our 75ton rotator.

His first step to winch off the side failed, as he could not plant the truck. Big Flipper has rear spades built for jobs like this, that dig into the ground and add stability for heavy winching off the back. With some rerigging, he was able to start getting the unit pulled. But, the axle was turned and the power plant had some towers close by that made it difficult.

The job wasn't the fastest, but Alex did excellent work in adapting game plans on the fly to get this unit out to solid ground. Show Alex some love and let me know what you think in the comments!
