On the video I show 55 as alarm high. Please change that to from 4245 depending on your fridge.
Revised setting:
TS: 35
HD: 3 (default) doesn't matter
CD: 3 (this is plus or minus 3 degrees)
AH: 42
AL: 30
PT: 5 Min (Compressor Delay) Set as needed to help control the temps.
CA: Calibration use the ice water bath to calibrate to 32 degrees.
