Babies benefit from reiki, crystals, and other forms of energy healing just as we do. They’re extremely receptive to energy flow, more than adults! That is why sessions run shorter than regular Reiki sessions.

Since becoming certified in infant reiki, I have been doing sessions on my son. He has been having some reflux and colic recently so these sessions are a great way for him to relax and become grounded. I notice a huge difference in his sleep, mood, and happiness after reiki sessions.✨

Every Reiki practitioner has their own unique way of doing sessions. I personally involve a variety of energy healing techniques into my sessions, such as crystals and sound.✨
