On our 17th annual Long Range trip on the Deluxe San Diego Sportfisher INDEPENDENCE, we head towards Alijos Rocks in Baja , Mexico. We first start with a seminar held be owner / operator of the vessel Capt Mark who goes over the basics for fishing the Rocks. From trolling and casting jigs for wahoo, dropper loop or jigging for yellowtail, to the fundementals of flylining a sardine are covered. Then the action begins on lightning fast wahoo and deep yellowtail gulping down giant mackerel. Finally we finish off the trip in the Bluefin tuna grounds.
