I'm probably going a little overboard in my attempt to "soundproof" my home gym, but oh well, its my house. I can do what I want. In this video I'll show all you fine folks how I sealed my light switch and outlet boxes, as well as the bottom of my drywall. If you want the best sound suppression, you have to also seal the places where air can travel through the wall...so, that's what I did.

I used Green Glue Noiseproofing Sealant
