Dr. Joel B. Hayden is a practicing optometrist and nutritionist in Mansfield, Massachusetts for over 25 years. In addition to general optometry, Dr. Hayden specializes in Orthokeratology, and has developed his own brand called H.A.L.T. ( Hayden Advanced Lens Therapy). With nearly 100 children in his system, he has nearly stopped the progression of myopia in all of them.

His dedication to providing the most technological eye exam possible has made it possible for him to fit these very challenging patients with ease. He has patients from all over the Northeastern part of the U.S. coming to him for their challenging eye problems.

He is an avid Crossfitter, having obtained his L1 Certification in 2009. He holds a first degree black belt in MMA, along with his three boys.
