Pasta recipe with white sauce
Ingredients:
Approximately 2 cups of pasta
Red sauce with meat:
1 onion cut into small pieces
Green sweet pepper
400 g minced lamb
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon turmeric, dry coriander and mixed spices
You can add 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Substitute for coriander
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons tomato sauce paste
3 crushed tomatoes

1 cup pasta cooking water
Then boiled pasta

White sauce:
1 cup and a half of milk
2 tablespoons flour
Stir over medium heat, then low heat until it thickens
