5 medium tomatoes (about 0.5 kg)
2 cup rice (about 375 gr)
about 3 cups of water(depending on the type of rice)
1 onion
frying oil
1 tablesp tomato paste
1 teasp salt, 1/2 teasp turmeric, 1/4 teasp black pepper
10 gr butter

Ingredients for salad:
2 medium cucumbers
2 small tomatoes
1 small onion
1/2 teasp salt
A little dry Mint (optional)
4 tablespoons of vinegar or lemon juice
