Hey everyone! This video holds a really special place in my heart... apart from it taking 3 hours to script, 8 hours to film and 23 hours to edit, this video is a representation of my struggles with having a "different" brain.

as a kid i was diagnosed with Anxiety, then ADHD, then as I got older the Diagnosis's kept coming.

I want everyone to know that this is just my personal experience with these disorders, This may not be everyones experiences with ADHD, OCD, Dyslexia Etc.

I think it's important to know that everyone has little quirks, everyone has worries, Intrusive thoughts and sensory issues of some degree and everyone has things that go on in their brain that their neighbour might not understand. your brain is unique, and its a wonderful thing!

I hope my fellow neurodivergent people can relate to this!
