I've never eaten pork ribs like this! It's so delicious, Easy and quick recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo pork ribs (pwede nyo dagdagan)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 small can pineapple chunks 227g
1 small can tomato sauce 227g
2 cups water (add more as needed)
1 thai chili pepper (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
