overnight bivvi bag camping turned into me stealth camping in a DEN!!

so after the last time i camped at this location, I had terrible family news of a family member passing away! so I've decided to return back to this urban location to camp, and i had a lucky find someone built a DEN ( SHELTER ) after waiting around to see if anyone returns to the shelter i decided to setup camp for the night.
