I have been looking into getting a mini lathe and mill for quite a while. But I got stuck on the question of whether such small machines could do real work. Enter the @eastwoodco mini lathe and mill! In part one of a video series testing these machines, I investigate whether a newbie (myself) using a mini lathe can handle a reallife task: Making an emergency bolt for those times that you really need a fastener but just can't get one.
