Paneer is a really easy homemade cheese that only needs 2 ingredients. Anyone can make it. This cheese is easy breezy lemon squeezy, literally.

Homemade Paneer Recipe:
1 gallon whole milk
2 1/2 lemons, juiced
Bring milk a boil, add lemon juice, stir, strain,rinse and squeeze. Done!

Paneer Bhurji:

My version:
Chop 1 onion, 1 tomato and 1/4 green bell pepper
Oil pan add cumin seeds (optional)
Add onion, cook till translucent and soft. Add some salt.
Add ginger/garlic paste (1 spoon)
Add tomato and green pepper cook till very soft.
Add large spoon of kitchen king.
Add 1 tsp turmeric for color.
Add crumbled paneer.
Stir and warm up the cheese. Taste. You're done!
