Howdy everyone, I figured you might appreciate some highprotein recipes that you can just toss in the ole airfryer I’m always looking for quick ways to get some extra protein in. Here are some great vegan airfryer recipes for every occasion

NUTRITIONAL YEAST COATED TOFU: by Healthy Simple Yum 80g protein

1 block extra firm, high protein tofu (70g protein)
1 tsp Garlic powder
¼ cup Nutritional yeast (10g protein)
2 tbsp Soy sauce

Airfry 390ºF (200ºC) 1520 min very specific

MY ADJUSTMENTS:
Marinade:
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons canola oil, or other neutral oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon mustard powder (or 1 tsp mustard)
1 teaspoon hot sauce
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
¼ cup nutritional yeast



AIR FRYER COOKIE By That Vegan Babe 29g protein per cookie!

INGREDIENTS
½ banana
1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup powdered peanut butter
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
¼ cup frozen raspberries
350 for 8 minutes

MY ADJUSTMENTS
½ banana, mashed
1/3 cup powdered peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
12 tbsp oat milk
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 tsp melted coconut oil









VEGGIE BURGER by Well Plated

17g protein per patty if 4 servings, 12g protein if 6 serivings

1/2 cup raw almonds (14g)
1/4 cup pepitas pumpkin seeds (5g)
1/4 cup hemp seed hearts (13g)
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal chia seeds, or additional hemp seed hearts (36.5g)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/4 teaspoons cumin
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats (8g)
1 can black beans, (15 ounces) rinsed and drained (24.5)
1 large red pepper cored and roughly chopped
1/2 small red onion
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Airfry 350ºF for 12 min

MY ADJUSTMENTS

Airfry 325ºF for 10 min

Halve it horizontally
Hot tip: simmer tofu before cooking it, remove bitterness and will add tenderness, try a little tendernessssss.
Make marinade (no measurements): tahini, maple syrup, soy sauce, oil, vinegar, liquid smoke, garlic powder. Pretty standard
Slice up into cubes
Marinate it overnight

Airfry 390ºF (200ºC) 1520 min very specific


MY ADJUSTMENTS:
Save some of the marinade for after their air fryer
My preferred marinade:
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons cooking oil such as avocado or grapeseed For oilfree, omit or sub 1 Tbsp tahini.
2 teaspoons sriracha
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon liquid smoke
½ teaspoon garlic powder
scant ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instead of 390ºF (198•C) for 1520 min do 350ºF (180ºC) for 10 min
