In efforts to stay away from the grocery stores the past couple of days, I tried one of the most expensive meal prep services in my city to see if it was worth it! I ordered 3 days worth of meals which included breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack each day. Everyday was something different. I even got a few vegan meals.

Each day I review my meals by taste, creativity, volume for the calories and overall enjoyment. Alongside the food review, I show you my goto at home leg workout that I've been using during the coronavirus lockdown. No equipment needed! Just a backpack!
