I was informed that a cat was crying in the grass of an abandoned rice field and I rescued it.

I heard from an elderly man playing gateball in the park next door that there had been abandoned cats in this area before. Many rice fields are abandoned and overgrown with grass.

One kitten was crouched down, unable to move and shaking. It was very difficult to find the other one. I'm glad I managed to catch both of them before the rain started.

I hope that we will live in a peaceful world where we can live together with more and more animals.
